Commissions Terms of Service
By commissioning me (the artist), you agree to the following terms. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to me via DM or email.
General
◦ I reserve the right to deny a commission request for any reason.
◦ I reserve the right to refund and cancel a commission at any time and for any reason.
◦ ETA is around 1 month or soonerUsage
◦ ETA is around 1 month or sooner
◦ I retain copyrights to all artwork I create unless negotiated with the commissioner.
◦ I do not claim the intellectual property (IP) of commissioned artwork.
◦ I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, such as in my portfolio.
◦ You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels. Credit is not necessary but greatly appreciated.
◦ All commissions are for personal use unless agreed upon prior. You may NOT make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD-services, making prints, etc.)
◦ My work may not be used in any blockchain technology including but not limited to NFTs.
◦ You may edit the commissioned artwork (making banners, icons, etc.), but please do not claim the original artwork as your own.Payment
◦ I will not begin without receiving payment in full.
◦ I can only accept payment through Paypal.
◦ Do not send me any payment before I accept your commission.
◦ Do not send me any payment under Paypal's 'send to friends and family' option. I will send you an invoice through Paypal.Changes and Refunds
◦ Please give me all information about your commission in your initial request. Changes made after the sketching phase will require an additional charge.
◦ If there is something you are unhappy with, please let me know as soon as possible so that we can come to a solution.
